We Are Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Amman, Jordan

Department: Accounts

Reports To: CEO

Key Responsibilities

Gather, monitor, and analyze financial data to guide strategic decisions.
Approve monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement).
Oversee cash flow management, financial performance, and overall fiscal health of the company.
Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support intercompany activities.
Develop and implement effective accounting systems and financial controls.
Review and approve the weekly financial solvency report per JSC requirements.
Ensure compliance with IFRS, legal standards, and company policies.
Identify and manage financial risks, liabilities, and investment opportunities.
Contribute to corporate strategy and support future business development initiatives.
Lead and monitor the Accounting team’s performance and process effectiveness.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
One of Professional certification is required (CPA, CMA, JCPA, etc.).
IFRS Certification is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in leadership roles.
