Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer with 2–3 years of experience to join our HR team in Amman. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in compensation and benefits, and a background working with multinational companies managing a large workforce. This role requires a strong command of English in speaking, reading, and writing, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with company policies and local labor laws.
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate employee compensation records.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Maintain and update HRIS systems and generate reports as needed.
- Participate in HR audits and contribute to process improvements.
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of HR experience, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Experience working in multinational environments with high employee volumes.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Very good command of English (spoken, written, and read).
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
