Key Responsibilities
- Own the agencys P&L, managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand revenue through upselling, new client acquisition, and entry into new markets and service verticals.
- Oversee day-to-day operations (Finance, Client Services, Business Development), streamlining processes to increase efficiency, scalability, and delivery quality.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams (creative, accounts, media, finance, etc.), fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Represent the agency externally with clients, vendors, partners, and industry stakeholders to enhance visibility and brand reputation
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term collaboration.
- Partner with the CEO to define organizational direction, translating high-level goals into actionable strategies and measurable results.
- Drive expansion initiatives, positioning the agency for entry into new markets.
- Collaborate with creative leadership to ensure the agency delivers work that is not only commercially effective but also creatively outstanding.
- Set and track KPIs in collaboration with HR across departments to ensure performance aligns with strategic objectives and client expectations.
- Monitor industry trends to anticipate client needs, identify market opportunities, and position the agency as a thought leader.
- Champion innovation by encouraging adoption of new tools, platforms, and technologies to keep the agency competitive and future ready.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a marketing or advertising agency, with direct P&L responsibility.
- Strong track record in business growth, client leadership, and operational management.
- Ability to balance commercial performance with creative excellence.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and build high-performing teams.
- Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills with C-level clients and partners.
