Job Purpose:
lead all things people related to HR Business Partner and People Services ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, values, and operational goals. This role oversees HR disciplines including Employee Relations, HR Administration, People Services and HRIS.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support Joramco’s long-term business objectives.
- Lead People Services and HR Business Partners to deliver quality services and improve employee experience.
- Identify HR priorities, translate business requirements into effective HR practices and deliver people solutions aligned to business objectives.
- Ensure the development, continuity, and successful delivery of HR services to JORAMCO employees.
- Responsible for the promotion and practice of safety culture amongst his team and participates in quality improvements activities.
- Work in partnership with leaders, key stakeholders and HR colleagues to shape, develop and deliver HR plans and solutions in line with the needs and priorities of JORAMCO.
- Develop key performance indicators to help identify progress and improvements made on employee performance and ensure continual improvement
- Develop and Implement HR policies & procedures that fit JORAMCO needs and goals by partnering closely with the senior leadership team
- Act as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation – striving to lead mutual processes to best practice status.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Drive business results through a focus on compliance, quality and employee satisfaction, and process improvement to ensure that changing human resources service needs are addressed in a proactive, responsive, and efficient manner.
- Ensure the HR service center processes/procedures are in alignment with JORAMCO policies/objectives and laws, policies and regulations. Continuously identify and analyze opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements, ensuring collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leverage and utilize technology to effectively capture, track, analyze, and report on service delivery metrics and measures.
- Keep up to date with human resource and JORAMCO priority changes and maintain knowledge of JORAMCO benefits plans, retirement plans, payroll processes, HR policies, employee programs and overall HR processes.
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degreein Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field , Master’s degree is a plus.
- Professional Certificates (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHRI,SPHI) highly preferred.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience of delivering resultsthrough cross-functional workingenvironment with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Experience in process excellence and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in Aviation, Manufacturing, or technical industries is highlypreferred.
- Deep understanding of Jordanian labor law andglobal HR practices.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of modern HR procedures and best practice.
- Strong command of HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), anddata analytics tools.
