About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Officer to join our team and support key HR activities across recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee engagement, and HR operations. Key Responsibilities
- Handle onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Support recruitment activities for junior-level positions, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and official HR letters.
- Coordinate internal and external training programs, including scheduling, attendance follow-up, and training reports.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and HR communication activities.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Draft and issue HR-related documents such as appointment letters, salary adjustment letters, transfer letters, warnings, and experience certificates.
- Prepare, distribute, and analyze HR surveys such as employee satisfaction, training needs, and workplace environment surveys
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR department as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and conducting interviews.
- Familiarity with the Kayan system.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
