About The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding processes, junior-level recruitment, training coordination, HR documentation, and responding to employee inquiries. You will work closely under the supervision of the Senior HR Officer to ensure HR activities run smoothly and in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all Onboarding and Offboarding activities, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires and departing employees.
- Source candidates for junior-level positions, screen CVs, and coordinate interview schedules.
- Prepare job offers, employment contracts, and all official HR letters.
- Coordinate and follow up on internal and external training programs, maintain training attendance records, and prepare training reports.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Draft and issue HR-related documents (appointment letters, salary adjustments, transfers, warnings, end-of-service certificates, etc.).
- Prepare, distribute, and analyze HR surveys (e.g., employee satisfaction, training needs, work environment).
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support the HR department in any administrative or operational tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruitment and interview coordination.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
