Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, managing strategic partnerships, and expanding company’s presence in regional markets. The role requires strong expertise in B2B sales, SaaS/PaaS solutions, IT services, and communication technologies, with a proven track record of building and sustaining long-term client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities in targeted industries and markets.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations, proposals, and contract discussions with prospective clients and partners.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify areas of growth and differentiation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Manage the entire business development cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular reporting on pipeline development, revenue forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Mentor and guide team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 9–12 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related leadership role, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
- Strong background in B2B business development, particularly in SaaS/PaaS, IT services, telecommunications, bulk SMS, or technology-driven industries.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing business growth strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, ERP/CRM systems, and partnership models.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism, leadership, and goal orientation.
- Priority and preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in SaaS, PaaS, Bulk SMS, or IT/Tech-driven business development.
