We’re looking for a Creative Designer & Communication Executive who blends design thinking, storytelling, and digital communication. You will create visually compelling content and manage communication across social media and digital channels — using AI tools and modern design workflows to amplify GRWNET’s digital presence and brand narrative.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce visual content, videos, and motion graphics for GRWNET’s brands and clients
- Use AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, Canva AI, Pika Labs) to generate and enhance content ideas
- Develop and manage GRWNET’s social media strategy and calendar across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, etc.)
- Write and design campaign visuals, captions, and short-form storytelling for posts, reels, and ads
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, and business teams to translate project goals into creative executions
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content performance
- Stay updated on digital, AI, and design trends to keep GRWNET’s communication cutting-edge
- Contribute to brand identity development and internal/external presentations
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, digital content creation, or social media management
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and design versatility
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Canva
- Familiarity with AI creative tools (Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT, Pika Labs, etc.)
- Excellent visual storytelling, typography, and layout skills
- Strong understanding of social media formats and engagement best practices
- Good command of English and Arabic (writing and visual tone)
- Organized, proactive, and passionate about merging creativity with technology
Preferred Skills
- Experience with design, animation, or short-form video editing
- Knowledge of digital marketing, influencer campaigns, or brand communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
