Role OverviewWe are seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth across Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
This role is suited for a self-driven professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, and closing deals in a B2B technology environment.
The role involves outbound prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, managing the full sales cycle, and coordinating with the Business Development Manager for strategic accounts and product demos.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, research, and engage prospective clients across targeted markets, specifically Jordan and Saudi Arabia.
- Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and events to generate qualified opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Coordinate with the Business Development Manager for large or complex accounts and participate in product demos when required.
- Maintain accurate lead and opportunity data in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing and SDR to align outreach efforts with campaigns.
- Prepare tailored proposals and presentations addressing client needs.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and client industries to enhance consultative selling.
- Represent Codenet Labs professionally in meetings, events, and client interactions.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B software or technology sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through outbound and consultative sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
- Based in Amman, Jordan, and available for client meetings.
Good-to-Have- Familiarity with ERP solutions.
- Experience selling to manufacturing or small and mid-sized enterprises.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and structured sales methodologies.
- Prior exposure to the Saudi market.
