Role Description
An RPA Team Lead in UiPath is responsible for leading the development, deployment, and maintenance of automation solutions, guiding a team of developers, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify new automation opportunities. Key responsibilities include technical leadership, creating solution designs, ensuring code quality, and aligning projects with business goals to improve efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of the UiPath platform and experience with the full software development life cycle.
Key responsibilities:
- Team leadership: Mentor, guide, and manage a team of RPA developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Solution design and development: Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of complex UiPath automation solutions.
- Technical direction: Provide technical guidance on aspects like performance, scalability, and security, and help troubleshoot and optimize deployed bots.
- Documentation and standards: Manage and maintain process documentation, such as Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs), and enforce governance standards.
- Project management: Oversee the implementation plan, participate in deployment activities, and manage projects to deliver process improvements.
- Continuous improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest UiPath features, contribute to the overall RPA roadmap, and continuously optimize existing automation processes.
Required qualifications:
- Proven experience leading a team of developers.
- Strong expertise in UiPath, including development, design, and deployment.
- Experience with the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile.
- Skills in process analysis, solution design, and technical implementation.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Experience with integration, including APIs, DB, regular expression.
- Using framework as dispatcher and performer.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
- UiPath certifications preferred.
