Position: HR Manager
As HR Manager, you’ll you will manage, oversee and provide day-to-day HR support and counsel covering the areas of employees relations, local and global recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, performance management, internal and external communication, health & safety, compliance with labor, social security and tax laws, work permit and residencies issuances and transfers in Jordan, KSA, Qatar, UAE and GCC countries.
Key Responsibilities:
· Hiring & Recruitment:
Oversee initiatives for hiring and recruiting qualified candidates locally and globally.
· Onboarding and Offboarding Excellence:
Enhance the quality of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a positive experience for employees at every stage.
· Compliance Oversight:
Ensure the employees compliance with labore laws, new common and HR policies, proactively addressing any updates or changes, review and prepare common and HR policies, ensure adherence of company’s regulations and instructions including time attendance, Employees Records Management, HRIS, Common & HR policies and processes.
· HR Programs & Communication Management:
Lead and optimize HR activities, focusing on efficiency and communication strategies for seamless internal processes.
· Employees Training & Development:
Monitor and support employees in training and professional development, ensuring a culture of continuous learning.
· Team Leadership:
Provide leadership to the HR team, ability to manage people and respond to employees and management inquiries in different locations and sister companies simultaneously, fostering collaboration, assessing individual and team performance, and promoting a positive work environment.
· HR Transformational Projects:
Manage HR transformational projects, adhering to deadlines and coordinating with management to ensure timely completion.
· Work permits and residencies:
Issue work permits and residencies and transferring them in company’s branches and sister companies in Jordan and GCC region for internal and external employees.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or any related field or equivalent experience
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in HR within cybersecurity or IT industry, with at least 2 years in managerial level.
· Hands-on experience in all HR functions is must.
· Knowledge and experience in MenaItech & ZK are must
· Knowledge and experience in issuing and transferring work permits and residencies in Jordan, KSA, Qatar, UAE, and GCC countries is must
· Be proficient with Microsoft Office and English language
