In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for everything in performance marketing. You’ll manage, optimize, and scale campaigns across different platforms to make sure we’re reaching the right audience, at the right time, with the right message.
- Own and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and GAM/DFP.
- Monitor daily budgets, bids, and performance to maximize ROI.
- Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages.
- Dive into numbers: track CTR, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversions—and turn data into insights.
- Work closely with the SEO, content, design, and ops teams to align messaging and visuals.
- Prepare regular performance reports and recommend improvements.
- Keep an eye on new trends, tools, and channels to drive growth.
