Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Amman for an Operations Supervisor. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the facility, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards of service delivery. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance with operational procedures, addressing customer concerns, and implementing strategies to optimize performance and streamline processes.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management (preferred)
• Or Business Administration or a related field with strong operational experience
• Occupational Safety courses or certifications
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience
Preferred:
• Previous experience in indoor amusement parks or entertainment centers
• Experience in game operations and supervision
