Job Summary
Jo Academy is seeking an experienced
AI Product Manager to lead the definition, development, and delivery of AI-driven products that enhance digital learning experiences. The role is responsible for translating business and educational needs into scalable AI solutions, working closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI-powered products.
- Translate business, academic, and user requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and software teams throughout the product lifecycle.
- Lead product discovery, validation, and prioritization based on data, user feedback, and strategic goals.
- Ensure AI models and features align with ethical, quality, and performance standards.
- Monitor product performance and continuously optimize AI features post-launch.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML products.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data pipelines, and model lifecycle management.
- Proven experience working with cross-functional technical teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Experience in EdTech or digital platforms is an advantage.
