ZADD is seeking a talented and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team. If you have a passion for driving growth, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding business opportunities, this position is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company's growth strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction.
- Regularly update the management team on sales activities, progress, and market insights.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to expand network and promote the company's brand.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development and sales, with at least 3 years of experience in professional business services in KSA or Dubai.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian/UAE market and business landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel to KSA periodically for client meetings and business development activities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Location: Jordan (with multiple trips to KSA and/or Dubai)
