We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Sales Operations Manager to empower our sales teams and optimize operations across our diverse markets. In this role, you will oversee sales reporting, streamline processes, manage proposal development, and ensure strong alignment between sales and other departments across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, analyze, and distribute detailed sales reports with actionable insights to boost performance across service lines, products, and regions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create accurate, customized client proposals, coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed.
- Monitor and improve sales processes, CRM usage, and productivity tools to enhance efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between sales and other internal teams, ensuring clear communication and operational alignment.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue tracking across the company’s multi-country operations.
- Evaluate sales performance metrics, support onboarding, and help ensure sales targets are achieved.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales operations, coordination, or a related role, preferably in a multi-product or multi-service environment.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven sales management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
