Accountabilities & Key Roles:
- Support the performance monitoring, analysis, and continuous improvement of asset-based banking products and operational processes.
- Gather and interpret data, assist in product development initiatives, and contribute to the execution of digital transformation and AI-enhanced projects across the lending and core banking value chain.
Product Analysis and Digital Transformation:
- Develop and maintain detailed product documentation of business requirements for system automation, digital product enhancements, and AI/ML initiatives; including user stories, business requirement documents (BRD), process flows, and test cases
- Participate in testing and user acceptance processes (UAT) for new features or digital tools impacting lending operations
- Support API integration documentation and assist in analyzing usage and performance.
- Conduct & support the development of digital product roadmaps and prioritize initiatives based on strategic alignment and business impact.
- Analyze workflow data and transaction to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement in operational processes.
Product Enhancement & Business Support:
- Collaborate with product owners and business users to gather user requirements, pain points, and feature requests.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback on digital transformation initiatives.
- Assist in benchmarking product features and performance against market competitors or Fintech trends.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work in coordination with compliance, risk, IT, and customer service teams to align on all AI/digital transformation activities related assets products, operational procedures, risk controls, and service delivery expectations.
- Participate in cross-departmental meetings and workshops to support implementation of AI, digital and operational initiatives.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business Administration, industrial engineering or related field.
- Certifications in Digital Transformation, Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP), or AI/ML is a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in loans product , business analysis, AI/ML Solutions or digital transformation within the banking, Fintech or financial services industry.
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Ability to work methodically in rapid & time Sensitive environments.
- Basic to intermediate Project management expertise, including familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Basic to intermediate experience in digital tools and technologies related to banking operations.
- Basic to intermediate experience to lending operations or banking product analytics preferred.
- Business- and customer-centric mindset.
- Basic to intermediate experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, flowcharting and process visualization (e.g. Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart or any relative tools)
