Role OverviewAs our Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of Koshk’s user experience. You will be the primary advocate for our business, brand, and event partners. You’ll ensure they experience effortless onboarding, smooth platform operations, and strategic support that fuels their growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize every touchpoint—building exceptional relationships, driving adoption, and championing success.
Key ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Enablement
- Guide new business, brand, and event partners through platform setup, best practices, and feature demos.
- Develop concise, user-friendly onboarding materials (short videos, quick guides).
Listing Management & Optimization
- Review all newly added or edited listings for accuracy, completeness, and SEO-friendly copy.
- Suggest enhancements (images, descriptions, tags) to maximize visibility and engagement.
Platform Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as first point of contact for partners’ questions about platform usage and workflows.
- Resolve technical or process issues swiftly, logging common questions into a growing self-help resource.
Sales Enablement Collaboration
- Partner with Sales to identify ideal brand–space matches, leveraging insight into partner goals and platform capabilities.
Community & Social Engagement
- Monitor and respond promptly to social media messages and comments, reflecting Koshk’s welcoming brand voice.
Data & Content Coordination
- Maintain and update partner data in our CRM/database with diligence and accuracy.
- Curate and share high-quality partner images with Marketing for newsletters, promos, and social campaigns.
About You- 2+ years in a Customer Success or Account Management role, ideally in events, hospitality, or marketplace environments
- Hands-on experience with WordPress and CRMs and Notion
- Exceptional communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency a plus
- Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to balance empathy and efficiency
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail—database hygiene is second nature
