About The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and organized
Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and client relationships. This role involves handling client communication, generating leads, managing accounts, and contributing to business development efforts across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will help ensure customer satisfaction while supporting the overall sales objectives of the company.
Main Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with both existing clients and potential leads, particularly within the hospitality sector across the MENA region.
- Leverage ERP and CRM platforms to manage client information, monitor sales performance, and support strategic planning.
- Drive business development by identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base through outreach and industry networking.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to provide tailored services and solutions that align with client expectations.
- Prepare and present customized proposals and sales presentations that effectively communicate value propositions.
- Handle contract discussions, finalize agreements, and oversee order fulfillment to ensure sales targets are achieved.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and deliver regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Attend relevant exhibitions, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and stay informed about industry developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in sales or business development; prior exposure to the hospitality industry, especially working with 5-star hotels, is a strong advantage.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, with a strong grasp of sales tracking and client management tools.
- Good understanding of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and regional market trends.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Capable of working independently as well as within a team in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Open to regional travel as business needs require.
