We are seeking a Service & Logistics Coordinator based in Jordan to manage day-to-day service coordination and logistics operations. This role ensures smooth Field Service scheduling, inventory management, and efficient service delivery while supporting our regional team and customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate service appointments, deliveries, and pick-ups to meet contractual requirements.
- Ongoing tasks within the ERP daily include field service allocation, booking planned maintenance for contracted customers, issuing service quotations and raising new service orders
- Maintain field service team whereabouts in planner alongside regional service manager to ensure contractual requirements are met for corrective and planned maintenance tasks. Adjust planner as needed with sickness/absence
- Closing service calls in a timely manner to ensure costs and inventory is consumed where relevant
- Accountable for all field service jobs being closed and paperwork completed in the ERP, including posting off service orders to their correct cost & inventory locations
- Ensure all service transactions are being driven through the ERP database for tracking including raising new service orders, inventory and RMA processing
- Manage inventory levels, order tools and equipment, and ensure timely availability for service tasks.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service requests, delivery status, and schedule changes.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory, transportation schedules, and service orders.
- Generate reports on logistics and service performance for management.
- Identify and resolve logistical issues promptly, minimizing delays or interruptions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and optimize efficiency.
- Assist with ERP tasks including service allocation, raising service orders, and inventory processing.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in logistics coordination or service coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn ERP systems (D365 experience desirable).
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule including non-standard hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
