We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Officer & Accountant to manage our procurement processes while ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will play a key role in vendor management, purchasing, project tracking, and maintaining financial records that support overall business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and vendors, building and maintaining strong relationships.
• Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, goods, and services in line with company needs.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Manage procurement documentation including purchase orders, contracts, and delivery records.
• Track and manage all purchase orders, contracts, and delivery records.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with teams to forecast requirements.
• Process supplier invoices, ensure timely payments, and reconcile accounts payable.
• Maintain accurate procurement and financial records for audit and reporting purposes.
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial summaries.
• Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and procurement-related financial planning
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and supporting documentation.
• Assist with budgeting, financial planning, and audit processes.
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in procurement, accounting, or a combined role.
(Advertising Agency experience preferred)
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle)
- Understanding of procurement procedures, vendor management, and supply chain best practices
- English & Arabic writing and speaking skills
