Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute robust direct sales strategies, ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets within the banking domain.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, focusing on customer acquisition and promoting diverse banking products and services.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, providing tailored banking solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to proactively adapt sales strategies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as marketing and product development to align sales efforts with broader banking objectives.
• Promote loan and deposit products, including various types of retail loans, salary and savings accounts, term deposits, and corporate cash management solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
• Minimum of one year in direct sales.
• Previous sales experience in a banking or financial institution is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent selling and promoting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
