Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory (Plant) Manager located in Maan. The Factory Manager will oversee daily plant operations, including production planning, plant management, and operations management. The role will also involve managing manufacturing operations and ensuring that production targets are met. The Factory Manager will be responsible for ensuring the plant operates efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Experience in Plant Management and Plant Operations
- Strong Operations Management skills
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a must.
- Familiarity with ISO and SASO certifications
