The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to not only lead HR operations but to build, elevate, and transform the HR function into a true strategic partner to the business. This role goes beyond administration — it’s about shaping our culture, empowering our people, and driving long-term organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and strengthen HR departments and functions within the company.
• Partner closely with top management to develop and execute people strategy.
• Design frameworks for incentive and reward schemes that drive performance.
• Lead compensation and benefits studies to ensure competitiveness and fairness.
• Drive initiatives to build and sustain company culture across all levels.
• Develop Siyam’s HR into an advanced HR Business Partner (HRBP) model.
• Oversee the full HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
• Manage performance management systems, employee relations, and engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety standards, and ISO requirements.
• Lead HR systems integration (Kayan HR system experience is a strong advantage).
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of HR experience, with at least 7 years in a managerial role within industrial/manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in HR strategy, compensation, workforce planning, and culture-building.
• Experience designing and implementing HR frameworks and incentive programs.
• Proven leadership with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume workforce environment.
