As a PreSales Technical Consultant at ManageEngine (Division of Zoho Corporation), you will assist the Sales/Business Development team by problem-solving key technical issues for our customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a PreSales Engineer with excellent technical, communication and organizational skills.
- Work with Sales team to identify and qualify business opportunities. One of the main roles will be to technically qualify the IT needs of a prospect.
- Any knowledge in Windows server management/Active Directory, ITService Management and Desktop management, ITIL, IT Security, ITOperations Management product will be of advantage. Knowledge about Cloud infrastructure will be a key factor too.
- Will have to perform product presentation online/onsite to our customer internationally and provide all necessary support at the evaluation stage.
- Understanding of the day to day IT problems that our customer face and to recommend the ManageEngine solutions through Proof of Concept, completing RFQ documents and involve in the complete Pre-Sales cycle.
- Will have to work closely with Product & other internal teams to discuss on complex customer environment.
- Will have to be qualified in Advanced level of Arabic in writing, speaking and reading.
