We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations professional to support our sales organization in achieving efficiency, scalability, and revenue growth. This role will serve as the backbone of the sales team, ensuring smooth execution of processes, accurate reporting, and alignment between sales strategy and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Design and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and consistency
- Maintain and analyze sales performance reports and forecasts to provide actionable insights
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and user adoption
- Monitor pipeline health and key performance metrics to support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and execution
- Support training and enablement programs to improve sales team productivity
- Assist in planning and administering territories, quotas, and incentive plans
- Lead operational projects such as system enhancements, market expansion, and process automation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related analytical role
- Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with BI tools is a plus
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
