We are seeking a proactive
Marketing Account Manager to design and implement marketing strategies that build brand awareness and drive growth. This role is a hybrid of strategy and relationship management, acting as the primary link between the client and our internal teams. You'll ensure we deliver impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the client's business goals. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of marketing strategy combined with strong account management skills, with proven experience developing go-to-market (GTM) plans, integrated campaigns, and long-term growth strategies.
Requirements
Client Communication & Strategy
- Be the primary point of contact for the client, building a trusted and strategic partnership
- Translate the client's business objectives into actionable marketing strategies and detailed plans
- Maintain client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to provide more value
- Present strategic insights and performance updates to both the client and our internal leadership
Marketing Execution & Management
- Develop the client's integrated marketing strategy, brand positioning, and communications roadmap online, and offline
- Create comprehensive GTM plans online and offline, campaign frameworks, and content calendars
- Collaborate with internal and external creative, media, and content teams to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of all marketing assets
- Analyze market trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform and refine strategy
- Oversee campaign performance, providing strategic recommendations for optimization and improvement
Collaboration
- Align internal teams on client goals, KPIs, and deliverables
- Manage events, activations, sponsorships, OOH, print, and PR
- Facilitate smooth, cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project success
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years in account management or marketing strategy, ideally within a digital marketing agency
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus
- Expertise: Proven ability to develop marketing strategies and GTM plans. A strong grasp of online and offline channels, brand communications, and campaign management is essential
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills. You should also have an analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into clear, actionable insights
- Leadership: The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and lead cross-functional teams effectively
