About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting team and play a critical role in enabling successful digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will act as the link between business stakeholders and technology teams—translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions. You’ll lead requirement gathering, process mapping, and analytical insights that inform key decisions and drive measurable business value.
This position is ideal for someone who brings a balance of analytical rigor, consulting mindset, and strong stakeholder management experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis to uncover inefficiencies and define improvement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into detailed user stories, process flows, and requirement specifications.
- Support solution design, implementation planning, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights, build dashboards, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business users and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to proposals, project documentation, and executive presentations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in consulting, enterprise systems, or digital transformation environments.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, Agile methodologies, and digital solution lifecycles.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio, Jira, Confluence, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and documentation capabilities.
Preferred Certifications
- CBAP® – Certified Business Analysis Professional (from IIBA)
- PMI-PBA® – Professional in Business Analysis (from PMI)
