Key Responsibilities:
- Engage closely with frontline operations to identify and consolidate training needs, and design and deliver sales and business-related training programs.
- Conduct various training activities, including course development, facilitation, workshop organization, and preparation of training materials.
- Gather participant feedback, evaluate training effectiveness, and continuously improve content and delivery methods.
- Build and maintain a business knowledge base to support ongoing organizational capability development.
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of frontline sales or business experience; team leadership experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and on-the-spot problem-solving skills; passionate about knowledge sharing.
- Proficient in both English and Arabic (Chinese proficiency is an advantage).
- Skilled in office and training-related tools; experience with AI-based tools is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the Middle East; alignment with the company’s core values of integrity, diligence, continuous learning, and an open mindset.
