Job Opening: Business Development Manager
We are looking for an experienced, full-time Business Development Manager to join our on-site team and lead growth initiatives across our regional markets. This strategic leadership role is perfect for a results-driven professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands client needs, delivers customized solutions, and drives revenue growth within the tech and fintech sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead consultative sales strategies for Banking, Utilities, and Enterprise clients, aligning solutions with business needs, industry challenges, and regulatory requirements.
- Qualify opportunities with precision before client engagement to ensure maximum value delivery.
- Forge long-term strategic partnerships focused on high-impact Digital & IT solutions, not just products.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and vendors to craft tailored, high-value technology solutions.
- Engage C-level executives through impactful presentations and solution-driven workshops.
- Accelerate revenue growth via new account acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Maintain robust account strategies and monitor pipeline health through effective CRM management.
- Ensure customer success through proactive engagement, retention strategies, and post-sales excellence.
- Drive deal closures and investor engagement to unlock new opportunities and strengthen market presence in KSA.
- Secure procurement access by registering Digital Cash on leading platforms
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science (or similar).
- 5–8 years in business developments with at least 3 years in the KSA.
- Proven track record of consultative / solution-based sales.
- Strong vendor/client and partner network in the KSA IT ecosystem.
- Experience in selling SAMA-compliant solutions to the banking and financial sector is a plus.
Location : KSA, Riyadh - Onsite, with flexibility to travel to Amman, Jordan.
