Job Title : Project Manager
Duration: 6 months
Location : Amman, Jordan
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong end-to-end project management experience, including Finance and at least two Oracle ERP implementation and/or rollout projects
- Solid functional and technical background, particularly with Oracle ERP and other Finance systems.
- Strong knowledge of scrum and agile principles with hands-on experience managing teams as a Scrum Master.
- Good hands-on experience with Jira or similar tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering etc.
- PMP is mandatory.
- Deep understand of Agile Delivery
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with proven exposure to senior stakeholder management up to C Level.
- Min 6-7 years of recent experience within large corporate Finance is essential.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Desirable Attributes:
- Previous experience from a global commercial / FMCG / manufacturing company.
- Certified Scrum Master certifications is highly desirable.
- A passion for digital innovation and continuous learning.
