➤ Application Requirements
Include your CV, a thoughtful cover letter, and writing and design samples. Applications can also be sent to careers@cmajo.com with the subject "Communications & Design Associate”.
➤ Why this Role Matters
Great brands aren’t built by accident. They’re built with intent, shaped by story, fueled by imagination, and expressed through design.
We’re a small company going up against global giants. While others have size, we compete with sharp thinking, clear storytelling, bold design and a deep belief in the power of creativity. We believe a single line, crafted like Mark Twain and designed like Frida Kahlo, can speak louder than a hundred slides. We believe in clarity over noise, voice over volume, and ideas that hit harder because they’re built with care and imagination.
As a Communications & Design Associate, you’ll shape how the world sees us. From our website and newsletters to case studies, blogs, social media, and proposals, every touchpoint is a chance to sharpen our voice and strengthen our brand. You’ll bring a rare blend of writing craft and design instinct to make sure we’re not just seen, but remembered.
This role sits at the intersection of narrative, design, and strategy. It’s not about filler content. It’s about building connection. Your work won’t just make us look good, it will make us matter in a market where most players blur together.
➤ What You’ll Do
You’ll own the voice and visual rhythm of our brand. From concept to execution, you’ll create content and design work that feels thoughtful, intentional, and distinct. One day that might mean writing a case study to sound human and sharp. Another day, it’s redesigning a pitch deck, writing a job description, polishing the homepage, or writing a LinkedIn post that actually gets read.
You’ll work closely with leadership, market research & outreach, business development, talent acquisition and project teams to translate technical work into compelling stories, and raw insights into refined narratives. You’ll build systems that make world-class work easier to produce, while protecting the clarity, tone, and design standards that set us apart.
In short, you’ll help us look, sound, and feel like the company we are: bold, precise, and ready to compete with anyone.
