🔍 The Role
We’re looking for a proactive Social Media Assistant to support our online communities and social media presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moderating interactions, fostering engagement, and contributing to the overall success of our digital platforms. A positive attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment are essential!
🛠 Key Responsibilities
● Monitor and moderate online communities, ensuring positive interactions and adherence to community guidelines.
● Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
● Support the creation and scheduling of social media content across various platforms.
● Assist with monitoring social media performance and flagging any issues that may arise.
● Foster a positive online environment by encouraging engagement and resolving conflicts when needed.
● Stay updated on trends and conversations relevant to the community and brand.
● Perform any other tasks or duties as required by the manager to support the overall success of social media and community management efforts.
✅ Qualifications
● A fresh graduate with a degree or relevant coursework in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field is preferred.
● Positive attitude, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
● A team player with a positive attitude and eagerness for growth.
● Fluency in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Knowledge in using office productivity tools and social media platforms.
● Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) and comfort on camera are a plus, but not required.
