Role Summary:
The Cash Van Sales Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising the cash van sales team to ensure the achievement of sales targets, effective market coverage, and proper execution of sales activities across designated routes.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the distribution of Hammoudeh products to consumers and approved markets according to the set schedule.
- Monitor market trends and changes in competitor products.
- Identify and report market needs for the company’s products.
- Open new communication lines with potential clients and markets in the assigned area.
- Conduct regular field visits to customers.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotions, pricing, and merchandising standards.
- Oversee the performance of sales representatives and ensure proper workflow.
- Train and develop the sales representatives within his team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Food or FMCG fields experience is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
