The Function Purpose
Support the engineering and operational needs of the bank efficiently.
Main Responsibilities
- Research suppliers and products to identify cost-effective sourcing options.
- Prepare and manage purchase orders.
- Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of purchase orders.
- Maintain up-to-date records of suppliers and pricing information.
- Monitor the status of outstanding orders.
- Review invoices before sending them for settlement.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure procurement needs are met effectively.
- Manage relationships with key suppliers.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Background
- Bachelor’s degree.
- (1+) years of relevant experience.
