Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and attract potential buyers and investors for bank-owned properties through various marketing channels and direct client engagement.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote available properties and increase market visibility.
- Coordinate with real estate agencies, brokers, and external partners to expand the marketing network and improve sales opportunities.
- Conduct market research and property analysis to determine competitive pricing and identify market trends.
- Prepare marketing materials including property profiles, brochures, online listings, and promotional content for digital platforms and social media.
- Organize and conduct property viewings, site visits, and presentations for prospective buyers.
- Negotiate with clients and support the closing of sales transactions in line with organizational policies and objectives.
- Prepare sales reports, market insights, and performance updates for management.
- Represent the organization in real estate events, exhibitions, and networking activities to strengthen brand presence and attract potential investors.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop advertising plans and promotional campaigns that enhance the organization’s image and support property sales.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Proven experience in real estate sales, marketing, or property management is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Good knowledge of real estate market trends and property marketing strategies.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms is an advantage.
