Role Overview
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Executive to support demand generation and digital marketing activities for our uniform and workwear business. This role focuses on lead generation, campaign execution, and structured marketing that works closely with the sales team to drive qualified inquiries and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn,and email.
- Generate qualified leads from schools, corporate clients, and industrial sectors.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence with industry-relevant content.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Support simple marketing funnels for inquiries and paid sample requests.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
- Contribute to brand positioning of JM as a standardized supply line powered by Hadayana Factory.
Requirements
- 2 years experience in B2B marketing or performance/demand marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and lead generation.
- Comfortable using CRM tools and basic analytics.
- Clear communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Structured, data-oriented mindset.
- Experience in manufacturing, apparel, or industrial sectors is a plus.
