We're looking for a highly motivated Junior Operations Officer to join our Operations team. You’ll support the backbone of our brokerage operations from onboarding and platform monitoring to payment handling and first-level client support. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, basic trading system knowledge, and a drive to grow in the fintech/brokerage space.Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Operations Officer located in Amman, Jordan. The Junior Operations Officer will be responsible for daily operational tasks to support the smooth running of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients during onboarding and verify account details.
- Monitor platform performance and report technical issues.
- Process deposits and withdrawals per policy and risk thresholds.
- Identify and flag suspicious payment activity.
- Handle Tier 1 client issues and escalate complex cases.
- Log incidents and submit end-of-shift reports.
- Coordinate with Compliance and Risk teams when needed.
