We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Operations Officer to strengthen our operations team and lead shipments with confidence and precision.
✨ Who we’re looking for:
• 3–4 years of experience in freight forwarding / logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of Air, Sea & Land shipment procedures.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) – a must.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple shipments.
• Confident with MS Office & operational systems.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end shipment operations (booking, documentation, tracking & delivery).
• Coordinate with shipping lines, airlines, agents & transporters.
• Issue and review shipping documents (BL, AWB, manifests, invoices, etc.).
• Follow up on customs clearance and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor shipment timelines and proactively solve operational issues.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and overseas partners.
• Supervise junior operations staff when needed.
• Ensure accuracy in costing and job file closing.
