This internship is designed to provide you with practical skills and knowledge in various aspects of finance and accounting, preparing you for a successful career in the field. You'll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and learn the day-to-day operations of a busy finance department.
What You'll Do
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents.
- Participate in month-end and year-end close processes.
- Assist with financial data analysis and ad-hoc reporting.
- Learn and apply internal control procedures.
- Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support audit preparations by gathering and organizing documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the finance team.
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Excellent spoken and written English language skills are mandatory.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
