Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end recruitment process.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role requirements.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
• Support HR initiatives including internal events, engagement activities, and team-wide projects.
• Contribute to employer branding, job posting strategies, and candidate experience efforts
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition in the IT/Tech sector.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions (Tech, Sales, Support, Admin, etc.).
• Familiarity with ATS systems and modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and labor regulations.
• Proficient in using ATS tools and modern sourcing platforms.
• Familiarity with fast-paced environments and tech industry culture.
