Procapita Group is hiring Human Resources Consultants for the Jordan office. We are seeking energetic candidates who are eager to learn and advance their careers within the HR field.
Candidates must be able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize their time, and respond to problems as they arise by following instructions, asking questions for clarification, and making decisions appropriate to the assigned tasks.
Candidates should demonstrate the following abilities:
- Provide advisory services to clients in various human capital lines of service such as Organizational Development, HR Strategy Articulation, Job Descriptions, Compensation & Benefits, HR Policies & Procedures, Performance Management Systems, Employee Engagement Survey & Talent Management... etc.
- Demonstrate ability to understand the client’s organization, business, and regulatory environment.
- Respect and maintain the confidentiality of clients and the company's information.
- Demonstrate awareness of workloads, offer help to team members, and take on additional tasks when appropriate.
- Ability to travel within the GCC region.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related degree.
- 0 – 3 years of experience in the same or related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome.
- Candidates must be fluent in both languages, Arabic and English.
