Job Summary:
To support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic HR projects and initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and alignment with business goals. The OD Specialist/Consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders to implement programs related to career development, employee engagement, culture, and organizational structure.
Key Responsibilities:
A. HR Projects Execution
- Coordinate and implement high-impact HR and OD projects, including career pathing, leveling frameworks, and capability-building initiatives.
- Develop and manage project timelines, stakeholder engagement plans, and success metrics.
- Gather, analyze, and document data to assess project outcomes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
B. OD Tools & Frameworks
- Support the design, documentation, and enhancement of OD methodologies and tools.
- Maintain and update OD frameworks such as competency models, leveling guides, and standardized job profiles.
- Ensure alignment of OD tools with organizational strategy and HR best practices.
Qualifications:
OD Specialist:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or industrial engineering .
- 3 to 6 years of experience in Organizational Development or related HR functions.
- Proven experience in delivering OD or HR transformation projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
