As a Recruitment Consultant at Neptune, you will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to liaising with clients and ensuring successful placements. Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Utilize various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and industry-specific websites, to source high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
Candidate Screening and Assessment:
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Evaluate resumes, portfolios, and other application materials to identify top candidates.
- Administer skills assessments and tests as needed.
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and culture.
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns.
Creative Recruitment Strategies:
- Develop innovative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.
Recommendations and Placement:
- Provide insightful and data-driven recommendations to clients based on candidate assessments.
- Facilitate the offer negotiation process and guide candidates through onboarding.
Reference Checks:
- Conduct thorough reference checks on candidates to verify their qualifications and work history.
Learning and Development:
- Stay informed about industry changes and advancements in recruitment techniques.
- Mentor and train junior team members as needed.
