Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role located in Amman. The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, reconciling accounts, handling tax compliance, and ensuring adherence to financial regulations. The role also includes budgeting, financial analysis, and supporting audits to ensure accuracy and transparency in financial operations.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Experience in account reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Microsoft Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
