TargetReach is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to delivering ERP System. We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team and support our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledgers.

· Handle daily accounting entries, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

· Monitor and manage cash flow and assist with monthly closings.

· Ensure compliance with local tax laws, including VAT and income tax filings.

· Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

· Conduct financial analysis and prepare feasibility studies for new projects, initiatives, or investments.

· Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and answering queries.

· Coordinate with external parties such as banks, auditors, and government institutions.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using accounting software.

· Assist with payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

· Contribute to improving financial processes and internal controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in accounting.
Solid understanding of Jordanian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Proficient in accounting software.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Good command of English and Arabic, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications
