The Country General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations, strategic direction, and overall performance of our logistics and delivery services in Jordan, as well as networking, building a healthy client base, and ensuring Wakilni is actively positioned within the e-commerce scene in Jordan.

Qualifications
- Priority to Jordanians and or residents of Jordan for 3+ years
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- 6 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both oral and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership Skills
- Financial acumen in addition to understanding of unit economics and P&L
- Proficient in Microsoft Software including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence and improve efficiency
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong communications skills
