CsMena is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Assistant to support our payroll department in ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee wages. The ideal candidate will have strong numerical skills, a good understanding of payroll systems, and a high level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for all employees.
- Collect, verify, and input employee data (e.g., hours worked, pay rates, deductions).
- Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding payroll matters in a professional and timely manner.
- Help ensure compliance with tax regulations and other requirements.
- Prepare pay slips, process timesheets, and support monthly reporting tasks.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry is required
- Proven experience in a payroll or administrative role.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and payroll regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Advanced in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
