We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Internal Auditor to oversee internal controls, risk management, and quality assurance across our commercial and administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Assess the quality and efficiency of internal processes within both commercial and administrative departments.
- Monitor adherence to internal policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Identify gaps, propose corrective actions, and ensure timely implementation.
- Support and oversee the application of quality assurance standards and practices.
- Assist in developing and improving internal policies and procedures.
- Prepare clear, concise audit reports and present findings to senior management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in internal auditing and/or quality assurance, preferably in retail or commercial environments.
- Familiarity with internal control and quality frameworks such as COSO, ISO, or similar.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage
