The VIP Accounts Specialist will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through the acquisition and management of corporate clients for Zain Cash's comprehensive suite of financial products. This position requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service. The role is offered as a
limited-term contract.
The employee will also be responsible for
outdoor sales activities, engaging directly with clients to promote and expand the company's services.
Responsibilities
- Implement corporate sales action plans and schedules to meet targets and projected contract numbers
- Develop and maintain corporate sales materials, including presentations, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with current and potential clients through meetings, calls, and emails
- Communicate new product opportunities, developments, or feedback to relevant departments
- Identify and resolve concerns raised by corporate clients in cooperation with the direct supervisor
- Understand clients' businesses and requirements; visit potential clients to prospect for new business
- Negotiate, sign, and manage contract renewals to foster long-term client relationships
- Follow up on payment collection in collaboration with relevant departments
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and optimize sales strategies
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional contacts
- Provide product demonstrations to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits
- Conduct cold calling and lead generation to qualify prospects and schedule appointments
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives
- Provide ongoing customer support to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business
- Adapt to market changes, regulatory updates, and evolving customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, interactions, and account information using CRM tools
- Pursue continuous professional development in sales techniques, communication, and industry best practices
- Provide business solutions and create customer needs through proactive engagement
- Perform outdoor sales activities as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field, preferably within financial services or fintech
