Key Responsibilities
Brand Reputation Support
- Monitor and respond to reviews and feedback across platforms such as BBB, Trustpilot, Google My Business, and BirdEye.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address public complaints or brand risks, ensuring timely and strategic resolution.
- Support the development of content and responses that reinforce brand credibility and professionalism.
- Track reputation KPIs including sentiment trends, response time, and ratings performance; provide regular reports with insights.
Operational Support
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., compliance, customer success, legal) to align responses and action plans.
- Support project management tasks, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and in line with brand expectations.
- Document workflows and recommend improvements for reputation-related processes and communication flows.
- Assist in escalated client concerns or feedback that requires cross-departmental handling.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in brand reputation, communications, or operations.
- Strong understanding of public platforms (BBB, Trustpilot, GMB, etc.) and how brand perception is shaped online.
- Excellent writing, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities across departments.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in reputation or brand management within consumer services, legal, financial, or hospitality sectors.
- Familiarity with online review management tools and customer feedback systems.
- Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information discreetly and professionally.
