About the Company:
We are a fast-growing automotive service center in Amman providing high-quality maintenance and repair services for a wide range of vehicles. We are expanding our technical team and looking for a qualified Maintenance Engineer to support workshop operations and technical problem-solving.
Job Summary:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing vehicle diagnostics, planning repairs, improving service processes, and ensuring technical standards are met across all maintenance work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide workshop technicians during diagnostics and repair work.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and provide solutions for mechanical and electrical faults.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with the parts department to ensure availability of required parts.
- Monitor productivity and efficiency of the workshop team.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Support customer-facing teams in explaining complex technical issues.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for completed jobs.
- Train technicians on new procedures, tools, or technologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in vehicle maintenance or workshop supervision.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic systems and automotive repair procedures.
- Leadership and team coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is a plus.
- Arabic fluency; English is an advantage.
